About the Course
In our cake class you will learn the difference between the 3 main cake making techniques; creaming method, rubbing-in method and the whisking method.
You will learn to make the follwoing cakes:
Sponge cake (creaing mehtod)
Scones (rubbing-in mehtod)
Flourless cake (whisking method)
You will take home eveything you make! Let them eat cake!

Instructor is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School. Gauhar has attended Lieths School of Food and Wine and taken several courses at one of London's leading bakeries.
